Most major oil spills happened from 1967 to 2002 starting in the UK the Torrey Canyon spilled 119,000 in the Scilly Islands. The most resent one was in 2002 it happened in Spain, it spilled 20 million gallons! The oil broke up on the Spanish coast. There are to many to tell about.
